vvvslaxman Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Tilak varma showed zero fluency like this against average Afghanistan B team bowlers. Manucrick 1

Team structure should not be tinkered too much. Gill literally failed in every important game in his career. Should we drop him based on that? Gill scoring runs consistently.. iyer also need to perform

Losing a bilateral series to NZ C team at home is much more humiliating than losing an ICC Final to a top team. (Iyer was the main reason we lost to NZ C side)

Thats why Gurnoor should be part of test team. Enough of Prasidh. I still cant forgive him for the hoick when teased by Harry Brook which led To India setting a target of 378 instead of 390 to 395 in the first test. Jadeja was gobsmacked at the other end.. nitinbwj 1

putrevus Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Iyer is long way from being anything in any format. He cannot absorb presuure of losing early wickets either. nitinbwj 1

Imagine our team getting whitewashed by a no name Afghan team at home, and then saying "I don't really care, afterall who cares about a bilateral series"
Tillu Posted June 13 Author Posted June 13 Without KL we might have lost this match. How did we give a 48 ball hundred on this pitch. The Afghans bowled better than India. Frustrated and cricspirit 2

You mean to see that was worse than Nov 19? I don't remember much of that series tbh despite following it then.
neel roy Posted June 13 Posted June 13 I think the odi before this in Dharamsala was the one where India beat NZ in the 2023 wc. There was this fog issue as well which stopped the match . As well as the smirk on umpire Richard Kettleborough when he did not give a wide with Kohli one hit away from his century..suddenly I feel nostalgic and sad.. how did we not win the trophy.. afsos.. marte dam tak..
