250 does not get chased, specially after losing early wkts. It was just that what ever bethell hit was going for boundaries.

Even with that Eng needed 30 runs in the 20th over. 

 

They calculated correctly not trying to give wkt to bhumrah but they didnt play any shots either. Overall a good game. 

Most 250 games goes like how Finals went. Batter keeps getting out, 1/2 batter still score but while hitting they too lose wkt then its over in no time as batters just need to throw kitchen sink to everything

I dont think this has anything to do with India, being a fellow Indian i am not proud of destroying anything, neither should we take credit or chest thump about this. Pakistans downfall has nothing to do with India but their own inability to nurture and grow their grass root cricket, their best batsman Babar has deteriorated to a level that he has become unrecognisable, Shaheen has deteriorated, and the upcoming lads do not look anywhere near international quality. Even if they have talent, they lack the courage or mental strength to excel and progress. Pakistan needs to reflect on their society and culture overall, someone needs to take onus and accountability, none of their governments last 5 years, every new PM will have his own chairman on the seat, their is lack of consistent effort. You need patience to grow something, they lack patience, judgement, consistency is all areas as a country. Thats the reason for their downfall, Stop linking this to India !!

It has more to do with how even their star players do not want to play red ball cricket, they want to play T20 leagues and make money. You cannot develop as crickter without playing the longer formats.
