Show_stopper Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 OTOH i think this shows how much ignorant Vettori is of this new Indian team..MSD hardly goes for the biggest shots nowadays.
coffee_rules Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 MSD is in tuk-tuk mode these days. Tip-n-run seems to be his motto. The Dravid of the current team!
Holysmoke Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 i can't understand why he didn't mention God :mad: He doesnt need to remind NZ that God's coming. They know. And they're pissing their pants. His point is that this isnt India of the 90's. God is more dangerous when he has company.
WeStMiDz Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 "Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Virender Sehwag batting on the little grounds in New Zealand is pretty scary," the leg-spinner said. . Vetorri is a leg spinner? Wow, you learn something new every day...:haha:
Shane Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 i can't understand why he didn't mention God :mad: :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
cowboysfan Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Vetorri is a leg spinner? Wow' date=' you learn something new every day...:haha:[/quote'] thats nothing-somebody here actually thought he was the worlds best off-spinner and even showed me a list.:cantstop:
graphic23 Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 ^ Vettori is slow-leftarm-orthodox. This action is the mirror image of that of an off spinner (a right-arm finger spinner), and causes the ball to turn from right to left from the bowler's perspective, or from the leg side to the off side of a right-handed batsman. So, whoever said that Vettori was an offspinner wasn't too far off in terms of what the ball does.
flamy Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Nice read. He doesnt need to remind NZ that God's coming. They know. And they're pissing their pants. His point is that this isnt India of the 90's. God is more dangerous when he has company. That's right. God got bored and made from clay some more gods :winky: Now, let's see who gets the buttermilk
jf1gp_1 Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 i am not so sure about this whole 'little' ground thing. Almost every ground these days has ropes pulled in 15-20 yrd. quiet a few so-called big hits would have resulted in easy catch had ropes been more close to where they used to be 8-10 yrs ago. if NZ dont fiddle with boundary ropes than ground size shouldnt really be that a big deal.
goose Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Vettori is a smart cookie. He knows, the one thing that can undo the Indian batting juggernaut is their own complacency.
Sachin_Rulez Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Dhoni??? he must be watching Dhoni of 2004-06....... Vettori should be scared of yuvi, at least in ODIs and T20s, than any other Indian batsman.
satishg Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Mr.Vettori i guess u havent seen our biggest hitter yet..please take a dvd of the 20-20 WC match btw India and England..u wud know whom i am talking abt..he will murder ur attack like no other

Its not even about pulling in the rope, their grounds are small anyway
