Visited the place on both the weekends and it was closed. They make awesome homemade bitter chocolates.

And on top of that they usually make them in large quantities at once and keep them for months. It's better to get the recipe and make them yourself :giggle:

All are bought from 4 or 5 suppliers :winky: Actually these guys are pretty good. Remember buying some from them few years back. It's run by a family in the ground floor of their house. It looked like they closed it down, will try going their during weekends. If they are getting it from Ooty, then it's ought to be good, right? :--D

There might be a bakery nearby. you're right, ooty home made chocolates were good years back when there is little competition. Now a days, many ppl started this business and they add some preservatives which are worser than the branded ones. There are very few old shops in ooty where they give you without any preservatives or other stuff if you place an order.
