This sunday, I m going to prepare a chilli bajji or bonda or vada with this ghost pepper and gonna drink this with my friend :yoyo: :yayo: :ohyeah: baby maniac & co will eat will all those stuffs raw

One day I put Bhut jolokia inside a sandwich :D and went to play :secret:. When I came back three of my friends were lying on the floor and one of them went to home because of stomach pain. :phehehe: :hysterical::hysterical: From that day no one ate my Tiffin :cantstop:

How? calorie conscious , no fried items and lots of fruits :two_thumbs_up: and little bit of walking if you really want to reduce ur tummy ping me .. 78 to 70 kgs in 7 months .. :icflove: burning calories when fighting with bind anti-dhoni fans also helps :finger:
