hari504504 Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Dhoni sucks bad. He can't bat' date=' chooses the wrong bowler at the wrong time and doesn't look like he inspires his teammates.[/quote'] I don't agree that he can't bat. He is the best WK/batter we have by a long-shot. Simply not good enough to lead anymore. Sehwag/Gambhir should step-up after this debacle. We are not winning the WC with him at the helm.
Stuge Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Guys Nehra isn't fully responsible . its our pathetic batting in the last 10 overs cost us the match .
dragonfly Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Dhoni has become too arrogant for India's good. He will ensure that we go down in this WC. Not sure where his arrogance stems from though - his team has only defeated Ireland, Netherlands, and Bangladesh until now.
Lord Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Dhoni should've given it to Bhajji.cant blame Nehra much.hadnt bowled for a long time so is always difficult

He flopped in the last World Cup as well.
Sid Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Dhoni should've given it to Bhajji.cant blame Nehra much.hadnt bowled for a long time so is always difficult Cant believe some guyz still defend this joker
ganeshran Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Nehra is an fkwad, but if Bhajji had bowled and he had given away the runs , we would have been saying the ball should have gone to Nehra

Cricketics Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 ALl you criticzing nehra are fair weather fans. GO DIE. You guys hide behind when he performs well, and come out when he hasn't done good. Who doesn't go for 14 runs in an over these days? It's too easy these days. He could have bowled better, thats about it. It's not that he lost the game for us only. He has often bowled last overs for India nad won us. I am not a big Nehra fan, but you gotta stfu and blame it on only one guy. Anyone could have gone for 14 runs in last over. It was just not his day. mytwocents. PEAC EOUT.
Switchblade Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 when this joker was given the ball that t20 St Lucia match flashed in front of my eyes any1 remember how he screwed up in the last over he did the same tonight speaks about our bowling bench strength when he came back into the team and whats worse he will play again ******
anbuchelvan Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 People here believes INDIA played to lose?????????
vvvslaxman Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Nehra is an fkwad' date=' but if Bhajji had bowled and he had given away the runs , we would have been saying the ball should have gone to Nehra[/quote'] True that.. But Nehra needed to bowl yorkers. I didn't watch his earlier overs or frame of his mind. If he had sucked in the earlier overs i wouldn't have gone for him. How did he bowl upfront?
yoda Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Bowling Nehra in the last over was a bad idea. Need your best bowler for the last one.
hari504504 Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 What more you want from Sehwag? Highest scorer so far at the strike rate of about 120-130!! **step-up to be the captain

zen Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 If a team is chasing around 6 an over, your best chance of winning is by keep picking up wkts and to have them in a 120/5 kind of situation. You have to constantly pick wkts up. If you can't do that then the other team will knock of those runs Let's look at this from SA's PoV: 104/1 after 23 for the next 15- 17 overs go at 6 to 6.5 per over, so at 40 overs mark: around 210 Then launch in the last 10 w/ 8 to 9 required, with batting power play available I think if SA keeps wkts in hand, w/ dew on the ground, the last 8-10 overs will be very interesting .... probably just like when we batted, we would feel we are in control for most parts when bowling and then SA will start taking the opportunities in the last few overs .... We need wkts
vaibhav_delhi Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Nehra one of our best death bowler -Dhoni :isalute: he's short of form and match practice yaar. I still rate him over munaf n sresanth.... :dontknow:
