It gets very boring reading pro Indian and pro IPL worthless articles. I will also add that Afridi was Man of the series back in 1997 when Pakistan first won a series in Australia. Afridi also scored that memorable 141 against India in a test match. I do not care what an average fan thinks about Afridi but for me Afridi does what a player should do and that is winning. I have often commented that cricket is a team game and winning is all that matters. England's rugby team in 2003 won despite being an average team but they played to win. Afridi does exactly the same. Afridi does not care about batting records, bowling heroics, and tons. All he cares is winning. Afridi has won more matches than Tendulya and Sehwag put together and that is something. Afridi belongs to 90's era and has fought many battles. It is amusing when average Jo's like Gambhir try to compete with players like Afridi.. I hope Afridi plays on until 2015 and wins REAL WC for Pak ( Again in NZ and Australia)! I won't even dignify those 2 comments with an opinion. It's not as if Afridi has won them tourneys or is a clutch player. I mean everytime I think of Afridi I see him get out for a duck in T20 Cup final or walking around dejectedly after the WC semi. He averages 22 odd with the bat and against better teams his bowling average is closer to 50. Simply no reason for such a hack to remain in the team for so long.
