For how long Sachin's highest score record will stay there? I would like this record to stay there at the top forever. But you do know there are teams like Zim, ordinary teams like Bangladesh etc etc they will do their best to help players from other top teams to reach this kind of individual score. Coventry is the best example. Plus this record suits Sachin Tendulkar.

This record is here to stay for sometime. Many are saying that in this age of T20 cricket, this record will be broken soon. But I think where T20 is teaching batsmen to score fast, it's also teaching them to be impatient. You need loads of patience for an innings of that size. The only other person with a balance of that kind of patience and firepower is Sehwag. No one else in current day cricket can achieve that and the chances of someone else like that coming up is very low.

Sehwag,Gayle,Dilshan,Shane Watson may break the record. SRT should score 225 next time when he gets a hundred with in 30 overs. that way he can hold the record for longer time. but if anyone breaks the record against Zimboks/Kenya/BD/or ICC affiliates, it would not carry as much weightage at all.
