SA @ Nagpur, this may be tough game for us. can't say, dew may play spoil sport here Windies @ Chennai, should be belter of the pitch, Bangla pitch would be tailor made for their spinners, so that will be turner as well. I see Kolkatta, Chennai and Kotla turning. so we would need go with two spinners Bhajji and Ashwin. I think we might top the group. Other teams are not that great...SA has weak middle order, England is getting tonked by Aussies.

However, now the first priority is the host nation playing at home - and in case of a clash between two host nations, the one with a higher pre-tournament ranking getting preference. This is how it will work now. India will play at Ahmedabad regardless. If they are B3, then it will not effect any other venues. But if they are B1, they will still play at Ahmedabad against A4 but now the actual B3 and A2 will play at B1's venue - Premadasa.

Yeah, as long as the higher seeded host gets priority. In your example, if Sri Lanka finishes A1 then the A1 vs. B4 QF scheduled for Mirpur will now be held at Premadasa and Mirpur will stage A4 vs. B1 instead, which Premadasa was originally scheduled to host.
