You don't like him' date=' fine. But to go to the extent of wanting that he may be injured so that he is out of the World Cup is absolutely sick.[/quote']It is not the matter of me liking him or not. I clearly said he should not have been selected in the team to begin with since he is not good enough in my estimates. Under that pretext it does not matter what rules him out. The rest is your interpretation of me wishing an injury on him or whatever which does not bother me one bit.

Is there any single Indian player you admire?

Talk about an embarassment of riches - not! The bowling is so weak and lacking in depth it is almost funny. Sree is just too erratic to be a good ODI bowler - has the occasional good day but too many bad ones. The fact that Shamra is still in consideration is a sad indictment of the poverty of the bowling resources - he was the most expensive bowler in ODI's last season and just bleeds runs. And those it appears are the only options. Oh dear, oh dear.
Exactly, the bowling doesn't give confidence at all, not having a decent pacer other then Zak is going to hurt India badly

The only way P Kumar is going to be ruled out of the WC is through an injury. So, if you are saying you want him ruled out, it is equivalent to saying you want him injured. One implies the other.

watch praveen kumar's action @ 0.23 and tell me if he is bending his elbow a bit or not....he bends his elbow slightly..i was a bowler in my college days and i used to bend my elbow a bit and i got injured...same is happening to praveen and steyn as well...
The guy is injured and may be out of the WC squad and you are worried about his elbow bending. :hehe: Oh nm, you meant in the context of getting injured. Don't think it has anything to do with his injury. We have serial benders who are still playing.

Once the team was selected it was not as if I was looking forward to him getting injured. Now that it has happened I am saying that it is like a blessing in disguise since I thought it was not a good selection at the time in my estimates. Anyway I would play ZK, Nehra and Munaf ahead of him anyway on the Indian/BD/SL tracks.
