I clearly said he should not have been selected in the team to begin with since he is not good enough in my estimates. Under that pretext it does not matter what rules him out. The rest is your interpretation of me wishing an injury on him or whatever which does not bother me one bit.

Sree is just too erratic to be a good ODI bowler - has the occasional good day but too many bad ones. The fact that Shamra is still in consideration is a sad indictment of the poverty of the bowling resources - he was the most expensive bowler in ODI's last season and just bleeds runs. And those it appears are the only options. Oh dear, oh dear. :facepalm: Exactly, the bowling doesn't give confidence at all, not having a decent pacer other then Zak is going to hurt India badly

So, if you are saying you want him ruled out, it is equivalent to saying you want him injured. One implies the other.

So, if you are saying you want him ruled out, it is equivalent to saying you want him injured. One implies the other.Once the team was selected it was not as if I was looking forward to him getting injured. Now that it has happened I am saying that it is like a blessing in disguise since I thought it was not a good selection at the time in my estimates. Anyway I would play ZK, Nehra and Munaf ahead of him anyway on the Indian/BD/SL tracks.
