I think we are at a point of no return. Youngsters focus mainly on improving their T20 skills rather than Test match skills. Also lack of participation from national players in domest cricket don't allow our youngsters to learn from them. Dravid is somewhat an exception who still tries to play domestic cricket whenever he can. India has lot of spinners to offer. None of them look quality.

travelling during ipl takes a lot of toll .even players have agreed to it.
