As tom Moody said in thsi day and age it's not that hard to find out what's allowed what's not u just pick the phone and ask ICC..... Meanwhile buzz is that Parvez Musharraf is supposed to deliver key-note speech in an UN conference highlighting "How to abolish practice of dictatorship around the world". :hail: In yet another shocker Ahmedinejda is chief guest in a Newyork city convention on jewish human rights. :hail:

Damn!!   Got to wonder how many people were using internet in the year 2006 here in India (or even globally). This thread was created all the way back in 2006?  Really?  Or Am I missing something.  :nervous:

Arrey, How old are you?  India has  had internet since the 90s. Shammi Kapoor , yes, the film star was using it in the 90s Read the email he has sent  complaining about online “trolls”. He was one of the founding members of the “Bombay Computer Club”. Fascinating thread. This should interest  @Mariyam

https://www.statista.com/statistics/255135/internet-penetration-in-india/          As per the above stats, only 2.5% of Indian population had internet access in the year 2006.  That is what I was trying to convey.
