there was a foo called ricardo powell who in one series against us became the next big thing in cricket. much like anwar his favourite pie was prasad. wiki

and he also emulated Gordon Greenidge by hitting 8 sixes in an ODI innings against India in 1999 at Singapore - a West Indian ODI record. He also hit seven sixes in another ODI against India at Toronto that same year Curiously, he has been known to perform much better against India than any other international team, a trait he shares with others such as Aaquib Javaid

What about Shoaib Malick and Salman Butt...It is definetely a nightmare to see poor-mediocre players over-performing against us Chris Cairns is another guy...Wasn't mediocre infact known as an unfulfilled talent but whatever potential he had generally used to display against us. What about Gary Kirsten...That guy never looked like getting out against us

Yeah Suleiman Butt needs a special mention for consistently performing against us while deliberately trying to under-perform. it takes special kind of bowling and fielding to do allow that sort of a thing. I mean he is trying to do everything except walking onto the stumps to walk back to the dressing room and here we are dropping dollies, missing the stumps from 2 ft away and ultimately having to go through the ignominy of watching kneel in a fake prayer to allah after completing his 'century'.

Jayasurya in ODIs WIll always score against us even if he is awfully out of form.We even saved his career few times by bringing him back into form when srl looked to drop him from the team :banghead:

Pick a left-handed batsman from any team. There will always be a player delivering his best against us. Jaya Anwar Gayle chander tresco hayden gilly tamim sanga
Add Guru Gary to the list as well ODI batting avg of 62 and test avg of 40 against us....Test avg may seem low but some of those games were pretty low scoring affairs where he was a thorn in our back

vaughn? my god, our bowling sucked. kallis and chanderpaul both average around 50 with around 10,000 runs but Vaughn?
Vaughan for that one or two amazing years scored runs everywhere including McGrath and co in Aus, in the early noughties.

2002 when he was highest run getter that year with more than 1400 runs. He scored 700+ runs with 3 centuries in Ashes 2002 in Australia. He said in an interview that he was surprised to pass SRT that year (he had 1300 runs). Based on that superb perfomance in 12 months Wisden's program rated him at 62nd all time best batsman :cantstop: He scored runs against India in India and in England. He was getting those big hundreds.
