I mean, yes its an american company, allright, but i got no idea why these idiots celebrate only christmas..!!!. It happens every year, this is the 3rd year i am experiencing this nonsense. Y not celebrate other indian festivals? This is just so annoying, every team leader is a christian, the managers are also christians..There are lot of biased selections happens in every MNC companies which don't come out.

G_B_ Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 I work in the uk and they have been celebrating diwali for the past 2-3 years now. Light up the building and have lamps plus they order Indian food. I am probably one of the few Hindu's in the office. maybe you need to make a suggestion.

These companies take pictures of these celebrations and send these pics to their white bosses to please them that we are celebrating christmas. They collect money and decorate the office . I am working in H....(nope, i am not gonna say full name) and the western culture and lifestyle is forced. Most of the team leaders are all christians, they select these people just to satisfy their clients who are mostly americans and western countries, because they often contact with clients and if its a christian name that pleases them and the interaction goes smoothly.
