They should form a seperate IPL team "Golden Oldies" where they should include Dravid, Laxman, Tendulkar etc.

But batsman don't get DNA change in IPL. They all go back to their competitive sheffield shield game to gain experience. But in India all you need to do is have just one international match experience and good cowlashing experience on patta wickets you are settled for life.

It has nothing/little to do with IPL... that is just clutching at staws... to prove the point, give me two dates: First IPL game played (dd/mm/yyyy) India rose to No.1 Test status (dd/mm/yyyy) I can tell you IPL was here before india were No. 1 so if it is a drain or detractor how did it affect palyers when you were No. 1??? Rubbish excuse with no basis in reality... The problem rests with the players... the coaches can develop a plan can have training and the rest, but the players are the ones that need to bring it and perform on the pitch... They have not - There are some ATGs in this side and they have consistently failed... That is not BCCIs, or IPLs or coaches fault, none of these hold the bat and play the sh!t shots these greats have played.... It is the players..... Wake up and put the blame where it rightly sits

A non-capped player does not get much in IPL that is why this rule is made. Aur har koi Sehwag, Yusuf Pathan nahi ban sakta. It is not in the hand of a player. If some one does not have the ability to hit big he cannot develop that. Cricket comes natural to people. If you are grafter, you are garfter, if you are hitter you are hitter. All youngsters learn same basics from their coaches but still some become classic like Dravid and some become footless like Sehwag, and some become wristy like VVS, and some become all in one like SRT because they will become what are made too. Understand. aur ye likh lo ke kahi fir se bhool na jao le IPL me karodo tabhi milenge jab koi team India me khelega aur team India me tab khelega jab FC me acha karega ya uske paas vo talent hoga ke team India me khel sake.

A non-capped player does not get much in IPL that is why this rule is made. toh ek do chauka chakka maarenge challenger aur one day mein, mil jayega ipl contract, ipl mein chauka chakka maarenge then they get selected for india, eassyyyyyyy...rahul sharma and manpreet gony agree with me ranji trophy kahan se aata is formula mein, no need to play it cos the format is totally different, vineet saxena jaise batsman ki kya zaroorat hai ipl team to we're gonna end up with loads of players like valthahty, jadhav, sohal, ravi teja, mohnish mishra for the most part - losers that cant play the longer version - and occasionally we'l get somebody like raina who can kill it in ODIs but sucks balls in test cricket
