The pitch is turning but it doesn't have the bounce or spite Ashwin relishes. It will turn but bounce will be low. So don't think we'll have lots of bat-pads.
The exact opposite of this happened today :--D

When India scored that much runs in the first day a result was guranteed because they managed to score quick runs and england as we all know cant play spin on the other hand you guys can look at the BD-WI test match, looked like a draw in the first 4 days and now turning out to be a nailbiter in the last day of the match

That is how the game proceeds in a sub continent. It starts of slow and proceeds rapidly at Day 4 & 5 - nothing new.

With the exception of lanka, if the match seems to head for a draw in the first 3 days, it will def. head for a draw no matter what

it depends how he uses it problem wit bhajji was every other ball was a doorsa. Ashwin should use the carrom ball maybe once every 12 balls. Use it as a mystery.

I think his off spin is really amazing and he should stick to it.Focusing on carrom and doosra will only deteriorate his off spin.Harbhajan is prime example of that
That's not what happened with Harbhajan - it happened with Saqlain Mushtaq though.

saqui had big knee problems. That changed the way he bowled.
