express bowling Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Umesh -- fastest 151.5 k and lots of deliveries between 147 k to 150 k. He was really quick today. Aaron -- fastest 147.4 k and lots of deliveries between 140 k to 143 k. After an injury -- not bad at all. He was making the batsmen hop and jump.

None do it often, but then, neither does Umesh. Umesh has good consistency with his speed though.

ShebbySB Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 Fantastic News NUMB I have Great expectations from Varun Aroon- actually he seems like the only guy who can come close to Umesh in Pace and he has good control too- Apart from Umesh Varun and Parwana - all other Indian pacers do not look fast and Umesh and parvinder have been fast in IPL - let's see how is Varun. Veer has had only a few balls higher than 140 else he is slower than 140. He's only 19.He'll get faster in years to come.
