Group ‘D’ was always likely to be the group of death with 3 full member countries including a talented Bangladeshi side and we have seen that here with Sri Lanka eliminated earlier than many expected.

I hope they give the number 3 spot to Vijay Jol. Technically he looks far better than Vihari and Aparajith. Also, if possible find a spot for Kalaria as well. Seam bowling allrounder in these conditions would make the attack better. Chopra, Chand, Jol, Aparajith, Akash Nath, Smit Patel, Kalaria, Passi, Sandeep, Ravikant, Vikas/Harmeet

Zol used to play in the top order , may be cos they think the batting wud be top heavy hes been droped down the order . Chand , Harmeet & to an extent Zol are the only quality players in this squad . we realy way too much on Chand , so i have doubts on how far we can progress here

ICC Under-19 World Cup, India U-19 Vs PNG u-19, Aug 16 2012 How come no match thread exists for this game :dontknow: Maybe that's why Indian colts are struggling and hopefully the match thread will turn around the fortunes :antijinx: India u-19 need to win the match to make it to knock-outs and hopefully will manage to sneak through. Hoping for a great bowling performance from our bowlers
