Javed Ali is a ARR fav, saala copies Sonu Nigam style and is very inferior to SN in diction and singing as well. It is ARR's fault to not know the difference between Koi Khoyi sei and Khoyi Khoyi se and made him sing that way.

Although wouldn't hold ARR culprit. His tenuous grasp of Hindi is well known and long forgiven (for me, since Lagaan). The blame falls squarely at Gowarikar's feet. If he wasn't even present at the final recording he was being very negligent.

Sir ji..He is saying Khoyi khoyi..you are right but I think his singing is quite good. It was a low pitch space so it felt like koi but he is actually said khoyi khoyi, not koi khoyi. Janaab ka talaffuz theek thak hai but low pitch me thodi kami dikhti hai utna saaf nahi hai.

Mohammed Aziz is the worst singer by far. Listening to his songs just took away the attention from lyrics and music, even the characters on celluloid and focussed exclusively on his very allergic voice. Amitabh Bacchan looked retarded when he would start singing in a movie and Aziz's voice come out. Listen to this song. Has a decent star cast with Amitabh doing an item appearance. LP-Anand Bakshi combo and a great subject - missing Mohammed Rafi. And Aziz takes away the focus and rapes everyone gloriously :facepalm: L0n1uGIY6N4

It does not fit to the lines. kuch instead of koi will be better. It should be khoyi khoyi rather than koi khoyi.
