Steyn is the better bowler, because Donald became a lesser bowler when he started bowling in the 130s instead of the 140s and 150s. Steyn in this tour has bowled in the high 130s mostly but has still been very effective. His SR is the one factor that sets him apart from everyone. All this refers to the Test format. In ODIs, Donald, at all stages of his career, was one of the very best bowlers around.
