I probably lost more sleep on the eve of games against (Brian) Lara because I knew he could single-handedly win games. The way I judge players has always been on their ability to win games by themselves. Lara could certainly do that and he did it probably more than what Sachin's done for India.

The 4th test will be Sachin's last. 23 year long successful career will finally come to an end. He would know he's finished, the only reason he would choose to continue for another series is if he gets alot of runs in 4th match which seems unlikely. He's part of a very fragile middle order which lost India the series. Top order did well.
