SLICKR392 Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Yeah it's funny, it's not bad. It just doesn't compare to Seinfeld. Agreed. Both are entirely different. I was replying those BBT fanboys comparing it to Seinfield when its not even close to Friends.
I6MTW Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Agreed. Both are entirely different. I was replying those BBT fanboys comparing it to Seinfield when its not even close to Friends. BBT has intelligent moments, but it hasn't reached the status of Friends and Seinfeld. Each has a unique set of characters. In Seinfeld, I liked Kramer and George. Friends, Ross and Chandler. BBT, Sheldon(though he seems a lot similar to spencer Reid from criminal minds).
bulbul Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 @PK , Loui and Lucky loui are different. [both from C.K Loui though] I just watched one episode of Loui, will catch up more when I got some time.

Seinfeld has the most interesting small characters in SITCOM history.
I6MTW Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Seinfeld has the most interesting small characters in SITCOM history. Yes, personally, I never found a character to be dull on Seinfeld.
vvvslaxman Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Library cop, Chinese Mail man, soup nazi...countless
I6MTW Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Library cop' date=' Chinese Mail man, soup nazi...countless[/quote'] Are you talking in regards to being dull or brilliant characters. Add Newman to the list. He was also a good character.
vvvslaxman Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Are you talking in regards to being dull or brilliant characters. Add Newman to the list. He was also a good character. Brilliant characters , memorable ones. Newman is more than a small character i have to say. Somewhere in between along with Jerry Stiller. You could say that Lloyd brawn? character as small character, then the old lady from whom Jerry steals the bread lol Then the uncle Leo character. Izzy Mandlebaum
I6MTW Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 America has produced many great sitcoms. Britain has also produced great sitcoms. Black Adder for example.

Pioneer Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Just recently started watching a few of Louis C.K's stuff and hes one guy that stands out for me from the rest these days. His video on smoking pot with fans had me in stitches
Cricketics Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 Hulu has signed up a deal where they will be having all 9 season of seinfeld.
FischerTal Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 For me Newman was the greatest character from Seinfeld. Miles above the rest of the cast even though he was a side character. slCTBm9n4W4
rising Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Seinfield is probably the best sitcoms first 2 seasons were bit weak but after that show was great
