1983-2011 Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 We'll maul you and make you remember your great granny. The only guy who will be spared the humiliation would be Steyn bring it on, do u want it in my backyard or yours if players are good enough in the current era then would have been equally good enough in the past era.
India-KXIP fan Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 bring it on, do u want it in my backyard or yours if players are good enough in the current era then would have been equally good enough in the past era. Well you don't have the biggest hitters in your side so ball won't go into neighbors house alot. That's around 50% of dismissals in backyard so you'd win.

Junyfan Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Good to see great Khan captaining the the team,no one can beat that team.wasim akram is an Intresting pick.
JaFanatic Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Pick a team that can beat this team in a Test played anywhere in the world Sunny Gavaskar Len Hutton Don Bradman Sachin Tendulkar Brian Lara Gary Sobers Imran Khan © Adam Gilchrist Wasim Akram Malcolm Marshall Shane Warne Your team must not contain any of the above players and your team cannot just have a Draw game. You must be able to beat my team 2 players of your team are no more 6 guys are old enough to coach a team 2 retired post their best and one on the verge of his career so i would go with current bangladesh team and smash you apart :weights:
Vijay.Sharma Posted March 1, 2013 Author Posted March 1, 2013 bring it on, do u want it in my backyard or yours if players are good enough in the current era then would have been equally good enough in the past era. These players ar not great in the current "era" (apart from a few exceptions)...they are great right now. Greatness is bestowed upon players over a period of time. Even with your current form, I'll beat you

Lord Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Like someone else said - mental masturbation thanks,I save my masturbation skills for something else-mental or physical:giggle:
b555 Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Hobbs Wonderful record and reputation, of course, and noted for his skill against good bowling or in unfavourable conditions. Trumper Another well known Australian cricket great Wally Hammond Another genuine ATG and a top slipper - can't be putting too many down at this standard R.Dravid (W) Stan McCabe - CAPTAIN Read this to know about this guy : http://www.cricketweb.net/blog/features/190.php A. Faulkner R. Lindwall D. Tallon R.Hadlee D. Lillee M. Muralitharan
Ultimate_Game Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 This team would eat OP's team alive. Since the only way you can play the game is by way of simulation and simulation will be based on stats I predict that Ganteaume's batting average of 112, and Barnes & Spofforth's magnificient bowling stats will hold them in good stead Sunny Gavaskar Andy Ganteaume Don Bradman Sachin Tendulkar Brian Lara Gary Sobers Imran Khan © Adam Gilchrist Sydney Barnes Fred Spofforth Shane Warne
kirkutfan Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Pick a team that can beat this team in a Test played anywhere in the world Sunny Gavaskar Len Hutton Don Bradman Sachin Tendulkar Brian Lara Gary Sobers Imran Khan © Adam Gilchrist Wasim Akram Malcolm Marshall Shane Warne Your team must not contain any of the above players and your team cannot just have a Draw game. You must be able to beat my team I would say that any of Lloyd's West Indian teams, with batting that included Greenidge, Haynes/Fredericks, Richards, Lloyd and Dujon with a 4 pronged pace attack e.g. Roberts, Holding, Croft, Garner or if you want to use a spinner- put in Lance Gibbs for variety, would do really well against this team. Alternatively, the Australian team led by Ian Chappell that had the Chappell brothers, plus Lillee, Thomson, Max Walker type pace attack would also do well against this side.
cricketman Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Sunny Gavaskar Len Hutton Don Bradman Sachin Tendulkar Brian Lara Gary Sobers Imran Khan © Adam Gilchrist Wasim Akram Malcolm Marshall Shane Warne Can't really compete with this team, really (due to Bradman factor and all) but I reckon this side would put up a fight: Matthew Hayden Gordon Greenidge Rahul Dravid Ricky Ponting Viv Richards Jacques Kallis Rohan Kanhai (wk) Dale Steyn/Allan Donald/Kapil Dev Muttiah Muralitharan Dennis Lillee Michael Holding
Clarke Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I'll send XI of the best hunters with enough ammunition instead of cricketers. Since Imran Khan is your captain, the XI can be referred to as a bunch of 'cornered tigers'
