saneindian Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 DD have also released Sunny Gupta, the guy who played IPL semis replacing Morne Morkel!!
Iconoclast Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 ????? I thought Pakistanis weren't allowed in IPL. Indians please work on your boycotting skills.
Lord Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Umesh and Irfan both are still injured. but would be fit by IPL,no?
namasteji1 Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 They have swapped a very dangerous batsmen, but i guess they had too many options in Pietersen, Jayawardene, Warner etc.
kubrickian Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 He will teach them how to scratch the ball without getting caught on camera :agree:
shuraim Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 stupid move from our legend, these crap leagues will destroy his bowling and coaching
moniker Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 ????? I thought Pakistanis weren't allowed in IPL. Indians please work on your boycotting skills. Where do you think are Wasim Akram, Asad Rauf and Aleem Dar from, Antarctica?
Trundler27 Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 ross taylor has been struggling even for NZ in recent times.... so its not like he is lighting the world on fire... both teams sort of addressed their needs by swapping experienced players so its not all bad for Delhi. btw, are these just even trades like swapping players or are there additional details like those in american sports (cash considerations, cap room, other players involved, etc.)?
Iconoclast Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Where do you think are Wasim Akram' date=' Asad Rauf and Aleem Dar from, Antarctica?[/quote'] Duhhhh .. so why do Indians allow Pakistanis in when it suits their needs ? Makes your boycott/whine-fest look stupid doesn't it ?
Clarke Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Duhhhh .. so why do Indians allow Pakistanis in when it suits their needs ? Makes your boycott/whine-fest look stupid doesn't it ? Some Indians preferring complete boycott of Pak != India officially boycotting Pak. Seems you're stupid not to understand that, isn't it ?
kubrickian Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Duhhhh .. so why do Indians allow Pakistanis in when it suits their needs ? Makes your boycott/whine-fest look stupid doesn't it ? There is no across-the-board boycott of Pakis in India. Its up to the franchises, groups or the people who hire them to decide whether its worth having Pak players, commentators, artists etc and also having to provide them extra security through their whole visit and also take into account other factors like some political outfits protesting against them or sentiments of people who lost relatives in 26/11 attacks etc.
PBN Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Sarabjit Singh Ladda used to be in the Delhi Daredevils squad. He could have benefited if he was still there.
