yea his bowling looks like the better version of kohli's
what ever he is i feel he will definitely get wickets in T 20's as Batsman wish to go after bowlers and any strange action requires the batsman to be calm and patient .. if the batsman is in a hurry and pre mediatates his batting than this Guy is a challenge for sure...? he got 2 guys PLUMB yesterday and Mayank aggarwal also gave a LOLYpop catch to sachin....

One of the things that make Bumrah difficult to deal with initially is his unusual action, with stiff hands and bowling well wide of the crease. It looks ungainly but his coach Kishore Trivedi, father of Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat medium-pacer Siddharth, doesn't want him to alter the action. "There were many who felt that we should change his action but I was reluctant," Trivedi told Indian Express. " He is a natural and there was no point in making drastic changes. It would've led him nowhere."

Mixed feelings about this really. If you don't have expert knowledge in actions' date=' it is best to leave it alone but ideally, you would like there to be people with such knowledge. It is surely clear that he is not realizing his full potential.[/quote'] Agree. He would bowl much quicker if he had a better action.

Nothing is fixed. :winky:
His action has real flaws. A better strong action will only improve him in terms of pace. It may not yield that result immediately, but in long term with practice and bowling and after getting used to, he will bowl quicker and that is fixed.

Didn't play yesterday for MI, already injured!! or maybe it was case of two spin option attack. Hopefully comes back in starting XI. On another note, how long can Bhajji be 1st choice spinner with Ojha in the squad? mental

But I would rather people who don't know what to do leave him alone. Maybe send him to Australia or England where some experts can take a look. From my totally uneducated point of view (i.e. I would not want someone with my knowledge or less, coaching him), the lower half of his action looks good. Front leg is straight and back leg is dragged along the floor just like Lee and Donald. The follow through is also good. I refuse to believe that the bizarre load up adds anything.

but whats the need to change his action :dontknow: is it cos he lacks pace ?
Flailing the arms about stiffly is likely to prevent him from being an accurate, injury free bowler who maximises his potential speed. It poses risks to performance and health and doesn't appear to pose any benefits.

His left leg directs towards slips when landing, it should be straight, perpendicular to the crease. Here he loses momentum.
