The money has been recovered through Abhishek Shukla, a contact of Sreesanth. With this the Delhi Police sources claim they have tracked down Sreesanth's money trail in the case completely. The police had said that Sreesanth had received Rs 10 lakh for spot-fixing. Of that the Mumbai Police had recovered Rs 75,000 cash, the Delhi Police recovered Rs 3.75 lakh in kind (including two blackberry mobile phones and a pair of luxury brand jeans) and finally the remaining Rs 5.5 lakh cash from Shukla src : ibn

But they also claim one more team may involved but the dont have solid proff , its not like they are lying totally.

It's an investigation which will end with more questions than answers. Also, to add, Delhi Police don't really have a positive record in actually getting players caught. Remember how the South Africa scandal went and gone....

Didn't that case transfer to CBI who didn't then enter a chargesheet ? Was a lack of a law too.

The delhi police have absolutely not been able to prove anything in front of the court. Why else do people think sreesanth was sent to judicial custody ? Court had cross questioned the delhi police..the 5 lakhrs someone named abhishek shukla spent on some party.It's a shame..the way they are trying their best to drag sreesanth. But im glad the law is going in his favour.He'll get bail on 4th June
