First for all this to happen, politicians shouldn't be corrupt. Suburbs then. Even in Delhi the skyscrapers are being built in Noida/Gurgaon not Delhi proper.

Assuming Kashmir still is a part of India by then. 3. Sharia law will be very common. Especially places with Muslims majorities 4. There will be increasing demands to make India a "Islamic republic" 5. Other religions people would have fear or be at risk of prosecution if said anything different. 6. India would still be winning 0-3 medals in Olympics at most.

Countries with lesser diversity have broken apart (USSR, Yugoslavia, Pakistan). This is cause democracy acts as a pressure valve. Democracy is the reason we'll never have China-like growth. Democracy is also the price we pay for having a united India.
