FischerTal Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 after seeing pisshant's consistently horrible performance i direct you all to my first blog post http://www.indiancricketfans.com/Blog/believeinche/2013/06/05/art-going-nowhere-cricket-volume-1-pisshant-unlucky-sharma :giggle:
cowboysfan Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Lambu has a very predictable line and length,he will get hit anywhere irrespective of the conditions.
Number Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 At least Ishant can take wickets. Vinay would have also got smashed here..
coffee_rules Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 If we score 330+ every time It doesn't matter. Today we won because of 330. If batting fails we are screwed anyway.
tweaker Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Vinay Kumar should be given chance in place of Ishant Sharma.Ishant Sharma has become very predictable
MCcricket Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Ishant should play only test unless he develops his bowling, I would have loved to see Shami who deserved to be in the squad
saneindian Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Don't expect a change. Ishant did pick up two wickets and that will mean getting another wicket.
I6MTW Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Vinay has improved in ipl. He is a much better death bowler.
Lord Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 the thing is Pathan is the slowest and most predictable of all the pacers we have. The new Kookaboora balls used in this tournament are not swinging too much. bhuvi barely got a 1-2 overs of some swing. Pathan would be a good bet if the ball was swinging up front. Vinay is just that bit quicker through the air and IMO is a much better bowling option at the moment. Vinay is similar pace to Irfan.dont go by those 147k balls in IPL.speed gun error I like the left arm variety that Irfan provides.ofcourse he can do well only if it swings and I hope it does. also he seems to handle pressure better as shown by his record in ICC tourneys.VK loses it too early
