Dhoni seems to have quiet words with ashwin, no players goes up to him to give advice, they dont seem to have courage to. Tendulkar does, Dravid and Laxman used to when they were playing. Zaheer was the unofficial bowling captain.

Kohli seemd very agreeble to people giving him opionions Very different to dhoni who seems not to listen to anyone and his his own vision/thoughts and sticks to it In this team there might not be much consultation but when players like Dravid, Laxman, Zaheer, Tendu are playing, he always listens to them.

Kohli, Karthik and Ashwin usually walked up to him during the CT to have a talk. So did the seniors. Kohli can be groomed to become a good leader. Needs to calm himself as well. Seemed a bit pissed at the field yesterday.
