maniac Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 In hindsight....It's scary to even think how bad aniruddha Srikanth must have been....his daddie was a chief selector even more powerful position than binny sr and still could get his son as far as a list a tour Sad that while binny is ok as a domestic cricketer but hogging the spot for a international prospect,aniruddha is taking up spot of a domestic level player who might not be cut for internationals but can atleast score a sports quota job to feed his family. You cant depend just on 3 bowlers to pick all 20 wickets. It can work for SA and Aus who have superior fast bowlers. He cant bat to save his life too. I will play Ashwin the better bat at 6 or 7 as an alrounder now as Jaddu has shown he also cannot take wickets like Ashwin but Ashwin can at least bat.

He was thrashed all over the park. Neither Ashwin is going to take many wickets. I will have him for his batting and some fill up overs against lefties and 4 pacers because only pacers have been taking wickets in last 2 tours. One more decent pacer will certainly give 3 of them more impetus.
