Being completley out bowled by other spinner in Jadeja. Admist the rightful condemantion of the trundlers, his tragic efforts have slipped under the radar. Needs a good couple of games, carries on like this then could be axed!(although csk mafia will save him no dobut) Really needs to pull up his socks!!

Ever since getting married i remember him having a good Aus test series and a decent champions trophy. Also has put on a lot of weight. Maybe Ashwin is a prime example of not rushing into marriage. (not that it did bhajji any good through)

I saw those team India photographs with the new dress and he looks PATHETICALLY unfit.

In the comfort zone. Not hungry enough in the correct way Carries on like this and would prefer oijha, although jadeja is leftie as well so balance would be wrong. Fatwins batting is a reason why could be prefered over others. Apart from oijha no good spinner lurking? Rassol? Chawla and mishra not good enough. Mishra is fatter then fatwin and even more lazy Bhaji anyone?:giggle:

We need someone like Ashwin who is a proper spinner with all the tricks but he needs to stop bowling too many variations and fuller balss, but in the death overs his economy is probably the best out the lot.

putrevus Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Ashwin was supposed to be better in limited overs and T-20s but he has become better test bowler and awful odi bowler. Why was Bhajji sacked in first place he was not getting enough wickets, well Ashwin is not getting any wickets either.
