Zanjeer Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 What do you guys think about this? Shami Umesh Varun Bhuvi / Ishant These guys can match any other bowling attack in the world.
tweaker Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 But how, one of the bowler should get injured.
rkt.india Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 They still have to do a lot of things to become world class. They have ingredients to become good fast bowlers, but will be they be able to turn those ingredients into performance and create a respect and reputation for them around the world in the nest 2-3 years is what is important. Bowling is about the kind of respect and reputation you get from your opponent. Game is more in mind. Sometimes, a guy like Steyn can get away even when he is bowling badly because he is Steyn and with his name, here comes the reputation and the respect and batsmen will play him more carefully than others and look to survive rather than playing shots and even bad balls can go unpunished.
tweaker Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 They should consider Aaron in place of Ojha.He will be only passenger in the team.
rkt.india Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Mishra in ODI and Ojha in Test squad are just to makeup numbers.
skindia Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Imagine shami umesh varun shukla suyal in playing 11
Ghost Buster Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 We remember our fast bowlers only when we tour outside subcontinent otherwise play lollypop spinners. And suddenly expect so much from fast bowlers. Only when we start playing on sporting tracks in india we will do well abroad.
vvvslaxman Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Adding numbers don't make us world class. Setting up a batsman is the first clue of someone being world class. None of us are remotely good in that department. First we had in years was Zaheer Khan.

Precisely nobody will lose sleep over our bowling. Having an odd good day against an opposition, catching opposition by suprrise on an odd day won't make us world class.
King Tendulkar Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Possibly very exciting times and greatest pace attack in our history. Just need to grrom and handle them right
express bowling Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 We need a good, tall and bouncy fast bowler in the mix. That will make the shorter, skiddy fast bowlers more effective. All our fast bowlers are medium height. Shami, Aaron, Umesh, Suyal, Tall pacer would be a good pool of fast men. They can then bowl together and build a good attack in 1 year.

Pankaj Singh can be the guy,but ignored by selectors
express bowling Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Pankaj Singh can be the guy' date='but ignored by selectors[/quote'] Absolutely.
express bowling Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Aaron has the potential to be the most hostile pacer in our country. We need to include him in the team for NZ
veer Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 First find a coach who can guide these bowlers.. Hire Kapil paaji if possible. Got talent but not the direction.

Yoda-esque Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 So Shami Umesh and Ishant concede 300 in an ODI and now adding Varun will make them unstoppable? Hehe
Laaloo Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 So Shami Umesh and Ishant concede 300 in an ODI and now adding Varun will make them unstoppable? I agree. Seems like the problem clearly lies elsewhere. I'll give you a hunch. Supari cool
