Torrent is not an illegal software. Its just a software which allows you to share files. If you are sharing copyrighted material, then you're doing something illegal. The people who made the torrent program software are not responsible for how you are using it. Websites which host torrent files for copyrighted material are illegal.

Roblinda, we here at ICF had lot of cricket videos with ICF logo to it too. I had uploaded plenty of videos. Used to upload quick 2 minute highlights of a on going game too. I used to enjoy doing that. We had about 1000 videos and then all of a sudden the account got deleted. I lost the passion that day itself. All the hardwork had gone in a second. I know where you coming from when you say "it will be history" and that you won't like to do it agian. It hurts.

Overnight saw the instant termination of my friend's youtube channel, gone without any warning. It had over 700 great videos. I keep telling people that these channels arent going to exist forever, one button pressed and its all gone. His channel is the last one to be terminated, that was around before I started my channel. I dont know which videos were the culprit, that got the channel terminated, but i know there were a few recent-ish videos, that may have proved costly. My channel will be terminated sure enough, and with it will also go access to my enormous 30 year archive, enjoy it while you can. :((

Why don't you create a new ID for uploading new material. That way your old uploads won't be threatened ?
