How can Mamta shamelessly fight for "illegal" bangladeshis. I would have found merit had she said that she will solve the problem with another route but she is just opposing Modi and supporting illegal migrants. How pathetic and why the feck would ppl vote for her
Another problem with this incident is how our media is interpreting this. Suddenly, these Bangladeshis illegals become Muslims settlers for them. What a mess

This apathy towards politics that many people in India have is one of the reasons for the state we are in today.

yeah right thats the only reason we are here today.. i dont wanna break all of your dreams you can keep on thinking it makes big difference . in the end same people talking big about doing something about nation do nothing and just by giving simple vote feel they have fulfilled their obligation towards everything wrong in society and corrected it :giggle: i do not want to start anything i was joking here before same way people here were looking down upon "cricket kids " who are not interested in this part of site :winky: but please instead of calling it apathy think of it as informed decision i made based on what i felt...and trust me i put more thinking into my decision than most of voters did while voting the candidate :winky: (obviously not talking about people like you who are fairly knowledgeable ) also i already wrote i tried to do something lot more productive that day instead of voting:winky:

One of the reasons, not the only reason. And voting isn't the "only" thing you can/should do in order to participate in the political system but it sure is the first step - and a very important one.

Having the face of your god as your profile photo and not able to hear single word against him.
Speak against BJP/Modi =>
That is what you do always. Right? Search your posts and you will find 80% of your posts are against a party which is sitting in oppostion from last 10 years and a person who has no case of corruption against him.
What a delusional bunch.

What is already clear is that the Congress is going to lose badly. May not get 100 seats. BJP/Modi is being portrayed as an alternative, an alternative which is nearly equally bad as congress (when compared with AAP). So it is very obvious that people will try n focus more on exposing BJP/Modi. Is it hard to comprehend? And 'No corruption case' is a joke because he did not have Lokayukt for 8 years and weakened the law such that the Lokayukt now has to take Guj. CM's permission before starting any investigation.

what if you don't know who to vote for?isnt voting for wrong person based on wrong reasons worse than not voting?non voting can atleast be seen as somewhat equivalent to voting for NOTA
