Old guy Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 **** u you pretentious ****s and I think I need sleep :p
suraj Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 Some epic Oscar wins- Hofmann gets is for Kramer vs Kramer. Biggest blunder probably and Rainman. Leo misses out on What's Eating Gilbert Grape. DeNiro for Godfather 2, and Al Pacino gets robbed off it. Leo should have won it only for for that over dose scene from the movie. Nick Nolte missed out twice when he should have won

suraj Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 Pacino not getting for godfather 2 has to be the biggest oscar blunder ever. Yup- agreed
Texy Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Go Matthew you deserve it! Finally! What a transformation for an actor from small time cheesy roles to Oscar winner. He's also my univ alum. \m/ Apparently this selfie has just become most retweeted tweet ever.
SLICKR392 Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Pacino not getting for godfather 2 has to be the biggest oscar blunder ever. Was a bigger blunder when DeNiro got it for the same movie. UK rated his role over Brando's. Congo to Mathew. As much as I am pissed at Leo not getting it, Mathew deserved it. Might get one next year as well.
The Dark Horse Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 DeNiro for Godfather 2, and Al Pacino gets robbed off it. . That was my favourite part of the movie even though the rest of the movie was good as well
Detonator Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 WTF happened to the oscars? They over rate the overrated movies and give them awards.
SLICKR392 Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 WTF happened to the oscars? They over rate the overrated movies and give them awards. Exactly.
Detonator Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Awards are given on the basis of Aleast 1 american dream propaganda movie atleast 1 politically correct movie, with a token minority atleast 1 movie that depicts LGBT in positive light atleast 1 movie that litreally baited for oscars.
Sooda Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 McCaughney was very good in Dallas Buyers, not much to spearate him and Leo tbh. Jared Letos award was well deserved too.
zubinpepsi Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 as Ricky Gervais told Kate winslet.., Leo should take up a role in Nazis/WWII movie ... then he would get an Oscar.... Oscars are so predictable and overrated
vvvslaxman Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 So Matthew acted in wolf of wall street as well? .
Sooda Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 So Matthew acted in wolf of wall street as well? . Very small role, all of 15 mins maybe but good in it too
Detonator Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Lol Poor Leo :(( still haven't won an oscar. He deserves more than anyone in the past 5 yrs.
Muloghonto Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Pacino not getting for godfather 2 has to be the biggest oscar blunder ever. I sort of don't agree. to be fair, it was a performance of a lifetime too by DeNero in less but significant screentime. True, the movie was more about Pachinos character than DeNero's but DeNero's flashbacks are easily a third of screetime. It went to the wrong actor i agree, but the decision wasn't a total blunder either. Two actors gave amazing performances, the one with less screentime won. Thats, a bit tough, but blunder, it is not.
