Old guy Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Agree Dhoni is supercool :agree: Baz was leading highscorer for :ktk: team That's not a big achievement ...
undisputed chap Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 If about 350+ test matches experience doesn't teach you to identify talented players. then nothing will. MI as a team have a rich catchment area in mumbai & maharashtra. They could easily have found many talented players. But have never shown any aptitude for it.

I think somebody very close to Ambani is calling the shots and influencing all the decision making...also instrumental in getting his favourite players and coaches in the team... Managed to collect all the Obnoxious, discarded and has-beens from other teams...

asterix Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 aila :P Yes... Here's an ever growing list of Onoxious players in MI. In no particular order: 1. Rohit Sharma 2. Zaheer Khan 3. Harbhajan Singh 4. Kieron Pollard 5. Ambati Rayudu 6. Pradyan Ojha 7. Bhumrah (getting there) 8. Pravin Kumar (new addition)
someone Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Why on earth did they get Praveen Kumar as the replacement player? That's only going to make your team more worse together with the huge sum of money in getting Praveen Kumar.

Vilander Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Mumbai decidedly wants to be Indians. East Indians and West indians in their core with some mercenaries put together.. They are investing in Indian players like RR not to the same extent but decidedly. CSK,K11,KKR only complete teams they get the people necessary to complete teams, with little or no regard for local talent unless its market driven eg Sakib for KKR obvious bengal market and M Vijay for CSK earlier.
RedFever Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 MI have been consistently good from 2010-2013 winning 1 IPL and 2 CT, one bad season is okay :icflove:
someone Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 So will Malinga leave after the MI match tomorrow? Or will he still play the game on upcoming Monday?
