I am a non vegetarian. but this is not even a pseudo science. some BS science. There are plenty of vegetarians who are funny and nice to hang out with. Also there are lot of uninteresting non vegetarians also. Those are individual traits. Not dictated by their food style.

Judgment on food habits is taking racism to new depths!

LOL at all veggies. They avoided the most important part of second most pleasurable aspect of life ,food by not eating things like kebabs, chicken tikkas & biryani etc on basis of flawed theory that they will live healthy and longer. Muahahaha.

Muahahaha.[/quote'] It is not a flawed theory that they will live longer, it is actually a well borne one in theory, proven in theory, just harder to effectively execute in practice, as it inherently forces you to consume more items and thus inherently makes it harder to achieve. The fact that vegitarians getting enough complete proteins live a healthier & longer life than non veggies simply due to the higher morality rate of the non veggies, is well documented and proven one. As for missing out on kebabs, well, don't even get me started. I am a veggie leaning non-veggie(ie, i never just go to a buffet and gorge myself on meat-n-rice/naan only food. But at the same time, I've probably eaten far more things that you pakis would consider icky: pickled eggs, pig feet, tripe & tendon soup, raw fish, raw beef etc. And they were delicious too. So if your argument is the veggies are missing out on the greater flavor of food, that is true but in reality, most people are missing out on the vast culinarly spectrum that is humanity. So what ? You don't know how bloody good a well made sambar tastes like, its veggie soup heaven that I'd take over most of your biriyanis (and before you talk about your Paki biriyani, i have eaten paki biriyani in pakiland, so stuff it!). There are a lot of really tasty veggie dishes from all over the planet and they do have a huge taste variety to choose from.

Muahahaha.[/quote'] Lol, so its down to taste as per usual when nutrition arguments fail. 'Tasty' is also about getting used to the particular food. I used to find chicken, mutton, fish etc ok ok. Since I have left non-veg, I find it puke worthy (will still eat it in extreme emergency). Even the one veg dish(jackfruit) which tastes like non-veg, I tend to eat less often. There's veg. dishes like daal makhni, shahi paneer, palak paneer, rajma, paranthe of aloo, gobee, vadaa, dosa etc which are as tasty, if not tastier than any food on the planet. img_4403.jpg

Surveys regarding food have always been contradictory. Hence i find it pointless in taking them at face value. One day they say tea is good to avoid a particular disease, the other day they say tea is bad for some other reason. Every person has allergies, and even fruits can be allergic and such fruits which one is allergic to ,can cause diseases to such allergic people even though they are actually healthy for others. Then inheritance of diseases which parents have had, exercise routine, job and other pressures, lifestyle, eating habits, pollution etc also keep on affecting health.

You can eat healthy/unhealthy being either vegetarian or not. Excess carbs and lack of proteins in a typical vegetarian diet can be easily adjusted by adding Tofu/Lentils. Similarly excess Cholesterol with red meat can be mitigated by adding more of the white meat/sea food. In the end, there are enough healthy/balanced choices for whatever type of diet you choose. So stop arguing and eat healthy. :icflove:

Muahahaha.[/quote'] What a stupid logic . I am big fan of kabab , biryani etc but I don't expect all non vegies in world to consider that most pleasurable food.Different societies have different foods. and theirl liking. BTW your friends chinese eat enormous amount of non veg but their favourate is pork . I am sure they will say lol at Pakis they are missing most pleasurable aspect of non veg food and that is pork:winky:
