A legislation should be passed that an individuals worth should not exceed 100 Trillion ICF$. The richest poster on this site has 94 trillion ICF$. If he exceeds 100 trillion, net worth should automatically be reduced to zero. He would have to start over. This would reduce the hyperinflation of the site.
