its 100 now... I think with the support of independents BJP can rule BBMP... good that they dont need Jd(s). We all know how that collaboration turned out in the last decade. They have 100+22(includes MLC MLA LS and RS members) and need 6 independents to rule the 254 BBMP. Enjoy the victory BJP till Congress carves the municipality into three anyways.... but AAP i feel will contest those polls and further eat into Congress.

This is a fairly big win for BJP. On the face of it, it may seem like Congress has gained but it is the first time since 1983 that oppsn. has won in BBMP. Been saying this for a while, Siddaramaiah is quite unpopular. There is the whole Lokayukta corruption issue going on, among general admin issues. BJP has recently done well in civic polls in Punjab, Rajasthan, MP and now BBMP. Encouraging, especially after the monsoon session tamaasha by the Congress. Tamaasha may have worked in BJP's favor. I personally feel that if Congress lose the Mangalore civic polls, we might see them propping up AAP to cut into the educated vote bank come 2018.

This time call the MPs of a few more countries to watch Congis doing their ***** masti :giggle: 'Selfie lena band karo' :hysterical::hysterical: Isko narebaazi kehte hain kya? :haha: And yes, GST amendment must be passed soon. Current archaic taxation system must be dumped. Congress will continue their nanga naach. From the looks of things, TMC and AIADMK might be on board. Even Mulayam may play ball.

Bihar makes me very nervous though. For country to grow, Bihar and UP must be changed. 25% population from the two states is huge and we will have direct impact on national economy, some HDI factors.

5-10% of the educated vote bank (adarsh Liberals ) may vote for AAP. Rest both AAP and Congress share the same votebank.

Now this Bangalore result is a massive boost for the bjp in the state and a major setback for the congress, the writing is on the wall for them.modi acknowledged the win and senses the momentum should/would be carried to bihar

Doubt that. No one will vote for AAP when Congress can force a victory.

In bangalore i think most of AAP's potential voters stayed away AAP will take voters from both BJP and Congress but they will bleed the congress more than the BJP.

They will cut votes across party lines. 5-10% is a significant portion considering that secular front still has a stable enough vote bank in the state. That has more to do with BJP being equally corrupt and idiotic. AAP will do sweet f**k all in the rural areas but they have the potential to be a nuisance in cities. If BJP manage to pass reforms between now and 2018, a secular front will be formed.

hmm not good tbh BJP wont want Bihar and Assam at the same time... it splits resources. Ideally want Assam maybe in december after bihar.
