But if you look at the previous IPLs, teams which had a run of 3-4 bad games at the start, just could not come back at all and ended up at the bottom of the table. Ex: Pune, DD. RCB is flat now (because of how they lost these 2 games), and can easily lose the next 2, and from there it's almost impossible to finish in the top 4.
