I too would like him to play in the Bangladesh ODI series, but he was hardly able to read Malinga's out-swingers on a slow deck. Had there been a slip, he would have been caught in Malinga's second over.

BD tour is a god send opportunity for him, needs to grab it and then the A tour in Australia will help us know where he stands.

That's a stupid way of judging a batsman.

Rahane should be in team only if we play him as an opener.. otherwise he is a liability.

I want him playing in the ODI XI as well, but lets not get exited about Uthappa's form. Jadhav is a different story.

So he needs to bat at the top order to regain confidence.
