Azhar was elegent.. But that particular knock was scinitlllating knock. Since you did not see you cannot say that. That was an amazing knock.

Biggest omission by me vengsarkars 102 at Leeds . Absolute class. The best innings by an Indian batsman in a winning cause. . Veingys third consecutive century of 126 at lords is not far off. He had an epic series . He almost helped India whitewash England in England.

Vengsarkar's 102 at Leeds 1986 was probably a great knock in trying condition considering whole England managed that in 1st innings.Never saw his 157 at Lords 1982 but that was after India got follow-on....another one is Pataudi's 148 at Leeds in 1967.
