Like you said there is a sameness in this attack. All are short skiddy bowlers. Pandya is the only hit the deck bowler but he is not a frontline pacer. And bounce is a great weapon in ODIs. Always harder to hit extra bounce. Nikhil_cric 1 Link to comment

CoverDrive
Chahar is a good find. Can be a good back up for Bhuvi and maybe even better on form vishalvirsingh 1 Link to comment
vishalvirsingh
I loved a short snorter from hardik which hit hales in his helmet... Perfect bouncer bowled to hit the helmet of a 6 ft 4 inch batsman in full flow... express bowling and S_pace 1 1 Link to comment
express bowling
Both Umesh and Kaul bowling mostly 130 k to 135 k range in the first 5 overs. Some real gentle bowling going on. Suhaan, Mosher and vishalvirsingh 2 1 Link to comment

Very disappointed with Umesh's approach bro ! He is a fast bowler and should remain one. Looked very innocuous after the first over while trundling and went for a lot of runs. He bowled quick in the 3rd T20. Should try to do the same here. Edited July 12, 2018 by Mosher speedheat, Suhaan and express bowling 1 2 Link to comment

Suhaan
Someone should whisper to umesh's ears .If he isn't confident with his new action better to shed it for good,in ipl too he got wickets of nice quick deliveries,he needs to understand pace is his usp express bowling, flamy and speedheat 1 2 Link to comment

Same Umesh was bowling lots of 140 k to 146 k deliveries in the last 2 T20Is a few days back, especially in the later spells. Today, he bowled a high percentage of deliveries in the 127 k to 135 k range. Looks intentional at least partially. Umesh trundling ... team picking lots of medium pacers ... looks like a conscious decision by the team management to promote medium paced swing bowling in England. Suhaan
Even with a remodeled trundler oriented action Umesh returns with figures of 9.5-70..Although he got 2 wickets at the end due to their urgency, Umesh should not drop his pace more or less he remains the same Umesh but the Umesh of past was bowling particularly well against viaiting Aussies in early 2017.That was the best that he bowled in his whole career. He needs to watch those replays asap Mosher, express bowling and speedheat 3 Link to comment
express bowling
Umesh 2 for 70 Kaul 0 for 62 This despite Kuldeep putting a lot of pressure on England by his exceptional wicket-taking effort. How much would they have gone for if Kuldeep were not playing ! flamy, Suhaan, Mosher and 1 other 1 3 Link to comment
