Sen will bowl even quicker and more accurately when debut nerves settle down. 

 

He was consistently bowling 137 k to 147 k in the 5 day Irani Cup.

they have gotten arrogant thinking that they are the fastest. right now, arguably the fastest 3 in the world are umran, wood, and lockie - all 3 slightly ahead of rauf.

To be honest..I want Sen to bowl and get that 10th wkt..I dont care even if India lose here after giving full chance to Sen here to bowl at Mehdy..I want him to learn here..which will very valuable for his growth..

How does it matter who has the fastest bowler !!

 

Speed is needed for hurrying batsmen and intimidating them with hostile stuff.

 

If 10 bowlers can do it then all are qualifying on the pace and bounce front. Now it comes down to who the better bowler is.

 

Like most people will pick the 135 k to 147/148 k Bumrah over a Saini who can be 2 or 3 kph quicker.

You can't give an opinion while turning a blind eye to the evidences.

 

You were the one who were arguing with me once I told you that Umran can even go faster than Rauf...you were giving the excuse of Umran bowling low 140 in his debut series vs Ireland. Now he has clocked 153-154 vs NZ...and he can go even upto 157.

 

Sen has ability of bowling at 137-146 with fastest of 149 as per IPL...and you're calling him as a medium pacer. He is comfortably faster than your Dahani and other bowlers except Rauf.

This is the problem with bowlers like deepak chahar and bhuvi. No utility after the ball stops swinging.

Siraj on the other hand can bowl in all phases because of his pace and old ball skills.

Absolutely he is even worse than Thakur with old ball....  Zero utility player in short

I just can’t understand the logic of including players like Chahar. I’m sorry if u can’t manage to bowl a single Yorker or even some wicket to wicket balls, you’re just not good enough. Mehdi was exposing all of his stumps. All he had to do was bowl a few Yorkers at high pace. You can’t simply include a bowler for his first spell and hope that he’d take multiple wickets.

Rauf has a fastest of 156 kph in international cricket so does Hasnain.

 

Having ability is one thing. I have my opinion on what i see. 
 

I dont want to turn this into an ind v pak thing but paks front line attack all bowl over 140 kph in white ball. They have been the fastest attack and by a country mile since two years and probably the most successful as well in white ball formats.

 

Now lets not turn this into a dick measuring contest.
