He is lean so looks taller. I am following him since he was 15. Doesn't seem to have gained any height since then.

Look at this pic. Bumrah is around 5'10.

Bumrah is around 6'0". Maybe 5'11".

Eden looks too young here. Likely to have added an inch or two.

Dale Steyn is not 6 feet. I have seen Eden since age 15-16. He hasn't gained any height since then.

Hope he's is , I read he's shorter than Basil Thampi who is 5'10"

Maybe he's is Kohli height

Yes, Thampi is 5'10. I have seen him bowl along side Thampi for Kerala and he was shorter. His body structure is such that he looks tall. Despite being short, he has longer legs, shorter torso, very much like james pattinson who looked taller than he actually was.

Apple Tom is no mug with the bat

5'8"-5'10 with pace and batting ability is more than handful for us in all formats

He bowls good pace but he was bowling similar pace even at 16. I was hoping he could gain 2 inches of height and 145 plus pace. Didn't gain height. Pace he can gain, still has age on his side.

Yeah Eden has solid defence. Can hang around if needed.

Bowling has been great too. Picked up 4 today. Fast skiddy pace, ability to bowl good yorkers and can bowl with good intensity without getting easily tired. Very good talent for tests.

There were no sppedometer on the end Tom was bowling from, but it showed speeds from other end.

Nidesh who was bowling from other end was consistently bowling 131-137/138 kmph, Tom looked significantly faster , he may have been bowling 140-146 kmph.

Tom was able pitch bowl up at pace hit the bat hard, some balls got bit more bounce.

But not sure on when he was dig it short, Some balls looked his normal pace other looked like he was not able to generate the pace.

Think he was the shortest player in the team.  Its the same problem again those who are fast are not tall enough and those who are tall are not fast enough.

Arshad is also an interesting option, bowls 135-140 in red ball cricket with decent control, can bat. Almost 28 though

He should have been tried over Khaleel in t20is, not sure why him, yudvir, prince yadav kind of bowlers not getting into t20 set-up.

I wont be surprised if Tom clocks even faster on the speed gun. Some of his deliveries just skids through off the pitch which hurries the batters.

Nidheesh mostly bowls in late 120s to mid 130s...this is based on the speeds he has clocked under the speedometer in SMAT couple of years back (where Mayank and Tyagi both clocked 150+).

Selectors find it difficult to keep a track of so many pacers. Their server runs out of space and memory.

In the era of AI & ML...they are stuck on the trial version of MS Excel.
