I think his deliveries in previous matches should be tested too and if found illegal, the game should be awarded to the opposition. Otherwise, teams will play pawns to get some advantage and the player is banned from cricket but the team wins. The team benefitting from such a player is as unfair as the player flouting the rules.

Holy sheet!!43 degrees :yikes: and being allowed to bowl for years is a disgrace. Ajmal is another definite offender ,either the umpires just don't care especially after hair-murali controversy or they are being pressurised by the boards,top authorities to not report. As the test team had found that Senanayake was not replicating his actual action in the match, they had decided it was pointless to test all his variations This guy Sena is nearly 30 years old so had he must have tried with normal action and could not succeed so resorted to chucking to get into team. That T20 world cup win totally tainted , he chucked 43 degress in an odi which in big picture is meaningless how much more he was Chucking in that finals.

IDK if they have exceeded or not. Lab testing has revealed they haven't. It's the same as done for Senanayake. So either you believe the lab testing or you don't. You can't make out who's chucking or not from 2D images. It's a discussion done to death around here. Please no rehashes!
