If there are no witnesses and it comes down to one man's word against the other, then they'll look a little stupid. I am always surprised how the hearings of these complaints are almost never chaired by a subcontinental judge. Got to remedy this state of affairs. What's nonsense in it? Every single team does it. Even the comms suggest to bounce out and rile up the tailenders.

It was when they were walking back towards the pavilion.
