Do not fall for two minute/maggi recipes. Use this opportunity to learn something cool. Pick 2-3 good ones and try them over and over again, be aware at every step. That is how it will help you where to make changes. Usually - you can't go too wrong for too long with - dal, some mixed veg, egg curry, egg/paneer bhurji, biryani, palak paneer, dry aaloo+peas+tomatoes. Best is, if you can ask someone to guide you in person.

The way I like my noodles: 1. Cut veggies : green pepper(capsicum), tomatoes, onions (add any other you like). Cut some green chilies to add some spiciness. 2. Add a bit of oil and saute/fry the veggies a bit. Add the chilies towards the end. 3. Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes as per the required tenderness. I like mine a bit crunchy. 4. Drain the water from the noodles. 5. Mix the noodles to the veggies pan. Add your noodles masala pouches and any other seasoning like black pepper. I add some ketchup as well. 6. Eat the freshly made noodles :D

I am sure lots of people in india have lactose intolerance but don't even know or care about it. Google helped me in diagnosing my lactose intolerance. Doctor google :hatsoff:

Drinking milk in the night before bed(rather than in the morning) suits better for people with lactose intolerance. Hot milk before bed is good for sound sleep as well.... I am lactose intolerant to some extent myself. Drink a cup of hot milk in the night.
