Detonator Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 the site is pretty good actually. Very easy to navigate. It's designed for larger and wider screens I belive, since my monitor is 24". A few minor changes would be great. One of the problem is the site changes to old layout for some articles. Seems like they are fixing this, since it was horrible before when every page often changes the layout to and fro.
HippoSucks Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 It is very slow especially on cell phones and makes navigation very difficult. Luckily the mobile version is a little more neat than the PC one.
Cricketics Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I have been using Cricbuzz for a while now on cell phone, but somehow India hasn't been doing good since I am checking scores there. But the shyt thing is that Cricinfo is so annoying to browse on mobile site that I have to keep using cricbuzz. May be I will have to get used to it.

What is the need for all these video articles? Absolutely hate them. If I want to watch, I can watch TV thank you. I login to cricinfo to read. And now even that is tough, scrolling down, up, sideways and missing almost all news. No wonder it is falling steeply in page rankings. Already the content is primarily anti Indian, pro anglo-australian, holier-than-thou in its blind support for tests and denigration of other formats, which turns off people who login to get some unbiased perspective. Now this as well. I remember when the homepage on my mobile (those days it was 2G), was cricinfo. Now I hardly login into that site, if at all, its just to check the scores mainly.

Now it's all hastily written match reports, and thoughtless articles. The. Ew feature - cricket monthly has some quality writing, but unfortunately the focus is too much on the past rather than the present.
