His double blow will cause a collapse and Aus/Nz will bundle out for 190. Vs SA/SL SF- Dhawan special will lead India to a 330+ score and India will almost let it slip but win by 10-15 runs. Vs Pak final - India will bundle out Pak for 130-140 and chase it under 20 overs. And I wake up :((

South africa is in for a surprise exit. I feel this could be more or less similar to 2003 world cup. At that time, australia had to struggle to win matches, except India. This time, India is on the same boat.

Was I watching a different set of matches, or are you referring to the 1999 World Cup? In 2003 and 2007, Aus had thumping wins almost all through the tournament.

Except India, where indians were bundled out in the centurian. Before 2007 world cup, australia had lost tri series game, lost to new zealand in a bilateral series 3-0, where new zealanders chased down all targets of 300+. They romped the finals.

They romped the finals. the australian batting did struggle in the 2003 wc,got 200 odd vs england,srl,nzl,struggled against the kenyans as well but that bowling attack was awesome and perfectly suited to the conditions. the 2007 wc was certainly a cakewalk,they literally hammered every opposition,cant remember a single team that troubled them

Yes they were in the hunt for the first 20 odd overs until a direct hit from the boundary ends ABDV innings. Then SA innings went nowhere.

Scraped through to the Final, but had a thumping win there...
